FAQ
WHAT IS THE TURNAROUND TIME FOR CONTENT?
We typically require 15x business days from initial briefing to final content submission. However, we are always happy to work to meet your specific deadlines.
DO I NEED TO POST PRODUCTS OUT TO EACH OF THE CREATORS?
Product is to be sent in bulk to our Chain Social HQ and our team will manage all individual sendouts. This postage charge is additional. For larger products that are unable to be sent via standard post, we may require a direct courier service.
DO I NEED TO PAY THE CREATORS ON TOP OF THESE FEES?
There are no additional creator fees, all upfront costs include the creator services.
IS THERE A LOCK-IN CONTRACT?
Our minimum retainer term is 3 months.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
For content bookings, we require payment to be made in full before work begins.
HOW WILL YOU BE SUPPLYING THE CONTENT?
Your content library will be supplied via a shared Google Drive. All video content will be provided with and without music to utilise across your organic socials and paid advertising channels inline with your licensing period.
DO I OWN THE CONTENT?
Chain Social will license you the usage of the user generated content for a 12month period for digital use and application.
WILL THE CREATORS POST ON THEIR OWN FEED?
Our creators are content supply only, which means they are not required/will not post on their own social feed/s.
