SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER
The Senior Account Manager plays an integral role within the agency with respect to the agency’s client portfolio; and holds accountability for client strategy, performance and retention with respect to digital advertising.
A strong level of understanding of the digital ecosystem is essential, with the role heavily immersed in the digital landscape in the form of Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager, Klayvio/MailChimp, Google Analytics and Shopify. Confident and well versed across all aspects of marketing this role needs to work with clients to strategise and recommend the most effective opportunities to achieve client KPI’s.
Client facing, this role will manage all communication with assigned clients and also be responsible for on-boarding new clients into the Agency alongside the Digital Director.
